We are to fast on Holy Saturday

not just on Good Friday.

The following is from the "Constitution on the Sacred Liturgy" 110 (from the English version on the Vatican's website).

Nevertheless, let the paschal fast be kept sacred. Let it be celebrated everywhere on Good Friday and, where possible, prolonged throughout Holy Saturday, so that the joys of the Sunday of the resurrection may be attained with uplifted and clear mind.

Does this include abstention? Does it end after the vigil?

The other fasts-- Ash Wednesday and Good Friday-- are spelled out as days of abstention from meat.

Traditional fasting is fasting AND abstinence.
