Pretty cool... but shouldn't there be holes in the feet?

I have a real difficult time trying to come to grips with Dali's spirituality - or maybe the spirituality of his art would be more accurate.

I have to constantly remind myself that any discomfort that turns me towards God is a good thing. Well, "good" does not really convey what I mean....but...oh...whatever, someday I might learn how others have expressed it. The answer is probably in the "suffering thingy".

Bob, I think Dalí is odd.

However, what grabs me about this image is that it gives me a strong feeling of looking UP. With that feeling I then recall that as the apostles stood looking into heaven as the Lord ascended two angels confronted them.

Acts 1:10-11
= And while they [the apostles] were gazing into heaven as he went, behold, two men stood by them in white robes, and said, "Men of Galilee, why do you stand looking into heaven? This Jesus, who was taken up from you into heaven, will come in the same way as you saw him go into heaven." =

I'm not too keen on Dali myself. My eyes are used to the traditional sacred art but that's just me. :)
