Oh he's going to reform alright, and you really aren't going to like it at all, Hansi.

Speaking at his home in Tuebingen, Germany, the retired theologian said Benedict had been "tactically smart to stay silent about the rule of celibacy for priests, or the ban on contraceptives and other uncomfortable Roman rules.
That's because he assumes the obvious - that these rules are there to be followed. Which part of "No!" do you not understand Hans?
Kueng added, "I don't see dialogue in practice."
Dialogue to Hans means listen to ME and then change the rules. Unlikely.

Kueng said theologians had offered the Vatican many ways of letting Protestants share in the Catholic communion ceremony and said, "It's up to the pope to act."
He will act - he will continue to say "Not on your Nelly, Hans"
I'll bet Papa's triumphant visit is just killing ol' Hans. It's never easy to come to terms with one's own irrelevance.
