A high point of my military service was R&R--at Mt. St Cathrines in the Sinai.

I will never forget it, the monastic church, the climb up the mountain...

Or the wisdom and faith of the Orthodox Monks.

We didn't have a Catholic chaplin with us, and I attended divine liturgy and confessed there.

I have loved the Orthodox Church and her traditions every since.

I hope soon we will be reunited

I heard a talk by a rabbi today. I was surprised to hear him say that nobody knows the location of Mt. Sinai. Wish I's been able to question this.
Is there any question about it?

There is no conclusive proof of the identity of the Bible's Mount Sinai.

There are several places that compete for possible identification as the true Mount Sinai.

The following article explains.
