May 10 in the U.S.A.: Liturgical Memorial of Blessed Damien Joseph de Veuster of Moloka'i

Last month one of the novices of my monastery professed vows and received the name of Blessed Damien of Moloka'i. So, today Brother Damien celebrates his first patronal nameday in religious life as a monk.

I presided at the Mass today in the monastery, and I have posted my homily for today.
